The challenge

Venture Capital backed companies frequently need to raise funds to continue their growth trajectory. However, raising funds takes time and requires specific expertise. Portfolio company management often doesn’t have the expertise, and the VC often doesn’t have the capacity to fully manage the fundraising process.

Our Collaboration

On multiple occasions, Sweavers with a background at McKinsey, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Quore Capital worked together with the portfolio management team and Innovation Industries team on fundraising. They either managed the full process, or contributed by creating a valuation model or pitch deck.
