The challenge

Parcom’s portfolio operations team works with portfolio company management to improve operational efficiency and boost value creation. However, sometimes certain specific skills are not available in the team, or the team has too little capacity. That’s when Parcom calls Sweav.

Our Collaboration

On several occasions, Sweav supported management teams of Parcoms portfolio companies. For example: a former BCG consultant supported a portfolio company by designing, building and launching a cost reduction programme during a short project. Another Sweaver (ex EY Transaction Services) supported a portfolio company CFO with financial forecasting on an interim basis.
