In addition to great coffee and the opportunity to meet your fellow Sweavers, the co-working space offers spacious desks with a second screen, meeting rooms and phone booths for a comfortable workspace.
The co-working space is located at Westeinde 14, 1017 ZP, Amsterdam, on the first floor.
To enter the co-working space, you can use the intercom in front of the building. If you plan to visit frequently, you can request the OpenR app to open the front door with your smartphone.
You can reserve a spot in the app under the community tab. Choose the date you want to work, see who else is joining, and secure your spot.
Yes, you need to secure your spot via the community tab in the app to ensure availability for those who want to use the co-working space.

You can do so through the Sweav app, through the ‘I’m interested!’ button
Although we try to be as complete as possible in the info stated in the app, please contact Sweav or the member who shared the project through the button ‘contact for more info’. Please note that this button does not express your interest to the client.
If you cannot begin working on the indicated date, please specify when you will be available in the comments section on the availability screen. If Sweav determines that you are a suitable candidate, we will inform the client of your proposed availability to determine if any flexibility is possible.
If you are not available for the specified period, please indicate the number of days and the timeframe you can work. If Sweav believes that you are the right fit for the job, we will inform the client of your proposed availability to determine if any flexibility is possible.
If your desired fee is higher than the client's maximum willingness-to-pay, it is unlikely that you will be hired for the project. If you have compelling reasons for requesting a higher fee, please email projects@sweav.works.
We will keep you informed via email. Although we aim to communicate frequently, delays may occur due to the client's decision making process.
Typically, you will receive an update via email within a few days. If you have not received any updates and would like to check on the progress, please contact the Sweav hotline (see below for more information).
Occasionally, Sweav proposes a shortlist of members to the client for consideration. In some cases, Sweav may choose not to propose a member if there is no match, the proposed fee is too high, or the availability is insufficient.
This term refers to a situation where Sweav has already proposed members to the client, but no hiring decision has been made yet. If you believe that you are the ideal candidate for the job, please still express your interest.
On average, the fee is 15%, but it may vary depending on the client. You do not need to take this fee into account when applying for projects, as Sweav invoices the client directly and not the member.
If you're approached with a project opportunity from a (prospective) client, but you're not available for the project or it does not fit your specific expertise, you have the option to share the project with other members. You can provide this service to your clients, and earn a referral fee while doing so. See below for more information on how it works.
There are two options available: share a project with the community and share a lead with Sweav. Both options have their pros and cons, please read below for more information.
This model allows commercially-savvy Sweavers with strong client relationships to share projects and eventually become equal commercial partners of Sweav.
If you have a concrete and well-scoped project lead, you can submit the project in the app using the ‘+’ sign. Once other members apply to the project, you'll be responsible for communicating with candidates, selecting the right Sweaver, and introducing members to your client. When the project closes, Sweav will handle contracting and invoicing.
The revenue share of the first two projects will be 25% of Sweav’s fee. For the third and fourth, it's 33%. Once you've shared five or more projects, you become an equal commercial partner and receive 50% of the Sweav fee.
This model allows members to share interesting client leads with Sweav and benefit from doing so, while always maintaining the first right to any project to the member who provided the lead.
If you have an interesting client lead, you can introduce Sweav to the client. Our business development team might also reach out to you to introduce us to potentially interesting leads you're connected to. You introduce us, we do the rest. You maintain the first right on any project opportunity that arises at this lead.
If your introduction results in a closed project, Sweav shares 25% of its revenue on the first project, 15% on the second project, and 10% for the third project at this particular client.
Yes. Once a client returns for a new opportunity and approaches Sweav directly, we will always check with the corresponding member if he/she is interested in doing the project first.
