The challenge
Axelera AI was looking for a Chief of Staff to support the CEO and management team during a critical growth phase. They needed someone who could act as a “Swiss army knife” across strategy, operations, and fundraising preparation.
Our collaboration
Sweav provided an interim Chief of Staff (ex-Bain) who became the right hand of the CEO. The Sweav member took ownership of strategic analyses, managed key initiatives, prepared board materials, and helped lay the groundwork for a future Series C fundraising round.
