Otrium is an innovative fashion platform with the mission to ensure that all clothing that is produced is worn: ‘wear over waste’. With a technology-led approach, Otrium connects a growing global community with excess stock from leading brands.
The challenge
Otrium experienced rapid growth, expanding from the Netherlands to the UK, Germany, France, and the United States. As the company scaled, informal structures became unsustainable, and the hiring team couldn’t keep up with growth ambitions.

Our Collaboration
Various Sweavers (ex Sparkoptimus and Strategy&) supported a broad range of (short) projects and long-term interim roles. Including professionalization of the sales operation, a €100 million Series B funding round, preparation of the investor reporting meetings, and setting up the B2B business.
