3 years ago, Joeri Schouten and Thijmen Kaster started Sweav with the mission to make top talent more attainable. 

Sweav became the community for the elite strategy and M&A professionals who are working independently. We worked with some of the most successful and ambitious mid-market companies, private equity firms, corporates and scale-ups and launched client communities for private equity and corporate. 

It’s been a fun and interesting ride, with a lot of ‘vallen en opstaan’. In 2024 we broke record after record and we are more than excited to continue this growth. That’s also why Rob Wiggelinkhuizen joined as the third member of our management team. 

To celebrate this success, we hosted a party at the iconic NDSM Crane in Amsterdam!

Cheers to everyone who actively contributed to Sweav over the past three years & came out to celebrate with us! Here’s to the next milestone!
