Rob Wiggelinkhuizen, Sweav’s Chief Growth & Product Officer (CGPO), leads sales, marketing, and product development. Previously, he was a partner at SparkOptimus, a respected consultancy firm specialized in digital strategy. He also worked independently as a freelance consultant for a year. He began his career at Rocket Internet, contributing to the growth of companies like HelloFresh, Zalando, and SumUp.
With his vast experience in consultancy and venture building, Rob will play a key role in further professionalizing and scaling Sweav’s activities.
In his free time, chances are you’ll find Rob floating around at the Loosdrechtse Plassen with his two daughters and girlfriend.

We’ll dive deeper into your challenges, in macro and specific terms. Together, we’ll sketch out a profile that meets your needs – including desired background, working experience, sector expertise, and cultural fit.

At this stage, we can give you info about individual Sweavers to use as examples and help convince other stakeholders.

Curate & select
We talk to our community
We’ll share your project description and requirements with our exclusive community via our member-only app. We’ll also reach out proactively to Sweavers we believe could be a perfect fit.
We curate
We hand-pick the right Sweaver for your project, based on our experience, judgement and your criteria.
You get a shortlist
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a shortlist of Sweavers, curated based on the criteria we discussed. For good measure, we’ll have another call to discuss your options and trade-offs.

Interview & start
You interview
Interview as many people on your shortlist as many times as you need, and decide who meets your criteria best. We’ll make sure they’re fully briefed before you talk.
You receive a proposal
Your chosen Sweaver will make a short proposal for you to review, including context and objectives, deliverables, timeline and total fee.
We do the admin
Once you’ve made a final decision, Sweav takes care of contracting and invoicing. If you’re a corporate client, we work with all brokers.
