Nobian is one of the biggest carbon emitters in the Netherlands. To accelerate their decarbonization journey, the Strategy & Transformation Director required extra capacity and specific expertise to complement his team.

Our Collaboration
Three Sweav members supported Nobian’s decarbonization journey. One short project was aimed at drafting the decarbonization strategy. Later on, a more long term project involved creating a business case from scratch to support a letter of intent for a green government subsidy.
