In this episode, Danique speaks with Jacqueline van den Ende. During her studies, she founded De Kleine Consultant, with the ambition of moving into traditional strategy consulting afterwards. That path turned out to be less straightforward than expected: the positions she was aiming for remained out of reach. She eventually started her career at HAL Investments, where she discovered that her intuition was actually a valuable strength in the world of investing.

Her desire to become an entrepreneur herself continued to grow, and when the opportunity arose to build a company in the Philippines, she decided to take it. She moved to the other side of the world, built a business there and grew into the role of CEO.

After returning to the Netherlands, she became a partner at Peak Capital, where she invested in fast-growing tech companies. But ultimately, she chose to fully follow her own path.

Today, she is the founder and CEO of Carbon Equity, a platform that makes investing in climate solutions accessible to everyone.

A conversation about the power of intuition, international leadership and how we can use our wealth to help shape the world of tomorrow.
