After graduating from law school, everything seemed set for a traditional corporate career for Anna. She completed internships in the legal and investment sectors, including at NautaDutilh. But things turned out differently.

When a colleague asked her to help develop a new idea, she decided to trust her instincts and take the plunge at just 24 years old. Maniac Nails grew into a multimillion-euro business, with viral TikToks, huge waiting lists and a large online community.

But building a business at such a young age also came with a lot of pressure and responsibility. Anna speaks openly about the mistakes she made along the way, what it was like to suddenly lead a team and how important coaching became for her.

Recently, she announced that she would be stepping away from Maniac, without knowing exactly what her next move will be. But her gut tells her it is time for something new.
