Our collaboration

Three Sweav members analysed the existing cost structure and challenged the status quo. They also enabled crucial knowledge sharing between the commercial, operations, and finance departments. Jonathan van Spijker Baan, Derk Bouwman, and Sietse van de Riet played an important role in developing insights and input for an implementation plan. This plan aimed to better connect the commercial and cost sides of the business.
