EuroParcs offers a diverse portfolio of holiday parks and homes. As a result, the company provides guests with memorable vacation experiences across a wide range of holiday resorts and accommodations. In 2019, Waterland Private Equity Investments acquired a majority stake in EuroParcs. Since then, the company has focused on expanding its park portfolio in the Netherlands and abroad, while also optimizing its business model.

 

The challenge

EuroParcs was growing rapidly, largely as a result of its buy-and-build strategy. As a result, the company had to build its European footprint and integrate new acquisitions. In addition, EuroParcs needed to create a robust foundation for future growth, professionalize the organization, and develop a uniform operating model. Therefore, the Director Strategy and Transformation needed support across several workstreams.
